In the Counter-Strike 1.6 section you will get to see the best of the best of the german scene. Among mousesports Team ALTERNATE will be represented and will fight for a slot of the World Cyber Games. The slot is supposed to be fought out between those two but ESC Gaming and ydk.me should not be underestimated. But our team has to do without the aid of gob b because he does not own the German citizenship and so he is not eligible for playing for Germany. Fatih will be replaced by Blizzard who is highly motivated to continue the good performances of the EPS Finals. Gob b will of course cross his fingers for our team. But also in the section WarCraft III mousesports is getting represented by Dennis 'HasuObs' Schneider. The niveau is not that high so that the EPS players will battle the tournament victory amongst them. Not yet qualified is among others the EPS champion Daniel 'ixi' Spenst and Marco 'yAwS' Förster. On upcoming Monday it will be announced how many teams or players per game are sent to the World Cyber Games. The only known thing is that per game, one team or player will travel to the final tournament.
