The ESL Pro Series has been set to feature three major gaming titles in this year's Winter season. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is meant to unite the communities of both Counter-Strike 1.6 aswell as Counter-Strike: Source - with success so far. StarCraft II and League of Legends are both core titles for the current Intel Extreme Masters season aswell as two of the most played videogames of our time and therefore no surprising gaming titles in the ESL Pro Series portfolio. There are various of mousesports players competing in all three gaming titles in the ESL Pro Series Winter 2012, to see how they've done so far, continue to read on.

With two out of three EPS Cups finished, both EPS Summer 2012 Grand Finalists HasuObs and Hanfy are in the lead of this year's Winter edition, with the mousesports player slighlty ahead of his last season nemesis. The Protoss player HasuObs already secured his first trophy as he was able to win the opening tournament of the ESL Pro Series Winter 2012 aswell as the ESL Pro Series Berlin Open. Rolling high after his latest achievements, he also finished EPS Cup #2 in top four at least. HasuObs together with Hanfy, Socke and DarK.FoRcE will determine the top four of EPS Cup #2 on October 27th, in a studio tournament held in Cologne, Germany.

The first ESL Pro Series ever to feature CS:GO is currently led by mousesports. The new mouz players around Tobias "Troubley" Tabbert made a huge impact on the German CS:GO scene by winning their first five games in the season, only to tie the second ranked Team GAMED last night in a 15:15 de_nuke_ ve thriller. With last nights draw against the likes of GAMED, mousesports was able to maintain the leading position after six out of eleven games and are already well ahead of the non-playoffs spots. Long time mousesports arch rivals Alternate aTTaX currently resides on third rank, followed by logiX and former EPS CS:S champions mTw.

League of Legends

It has been some troublesome weeks for the mousesports League of Legends divison in the ESL Pro Series Winter 2012. Due to a Trusted issue, starting five player Jwaow couldn't attend his beloved top lane in the first season matchups, which put even more pressure on team coordinator Sebastian "messit" Weishaupt, who completed the first season games with the team. Despite not beeing able to compete with the normal starting lineup, mousesports managed to win three out of their first four season games, only losing to season leading Team GAMED, while defeating dotpiXels, ESC Gaming and teamKR in the process to maintain the fourth rank in the current season standing. Chances are likely for mousesports to climb up a few more ranks, as team captain Maik "MoMa" Wallus and his team will face peculiar gaming and myRevenge next.
