The much awaited Team Liquid Starleague 4, featured by Razer, is about to air next month. With the three best players from TSL3 already beeing qualified, more qualification tournaments are currently held regularly to determine the best players who have proved worth enough to compete in TSL4. The winner of each qualification tournament will qualify directly for TSL4, while the other players will collect points to qualify for one of the 18 remaining spots for Europe and North America.
Yesterdays quarterfinals features a total of three mousesports players still fighting for the TSL4 spot in the TSL4 qualifier EU/NA #4, with both Stefan "MorroW" Andersson aswell as DreamHack Summer 2012 champion Grzegorz "MaNa" Komincz and Dennis "HasuObs" Schneider. Coming straight back from Sweden, it was MaNa who took out Team Liquid Zerg Sheth in the quarterfinals first, before making short work of EG's HuK in the semifinals.
By defeating team-dignitas very own SeleCT 3-1 in the Grand Final, MaNa secured his ticket to TSL4 right after his DreamHack championship. Meanwhile, MorroW was able to finish in the upper regions, after losing to SeleCT in the quarterfinals, to stack up his points up to 103 for now. Reigning EPS champion and TSL3 top4 finisher HasuObs currently holds a total of 11 points and has to improve in the future tournaments to qualify.
