mousesports.com: Hello FoV, first of all, tell your fans why you need to leave mousesports and end your progaming career?
Dae Hui "FoV" Cho: Hmm because I think the time has come, for me, to go to the military, like lucifer, soju etc. I would play more but I can't.
When did you decide to leave mousesports. Was it more spontaneously or did you plan it?
After I played the WC3L finals with HasuObs and Fly100%, I couldn't win any matches or was any help to mouz, I was really sad and I think it is time for me to stop playing WarCraft III. I wanted to show some good performances for my fans before I leave WarCraft III behind me. Actually I am very late for the military service so I will do it now.
Nikolai "Nik" Ginthör'Unfortunately FoV has decided to end his gaming career which is very sad for me. At mousesports he has always been a nice and handsome guy who has been integrated instantly to the team and with whom we had a lot of fun at the WC3L Finals. I personally wish him the best of luck for the future and I hope to meet him again.'
How did your teammates react when you told them you will stop playing WarCraft III? Were they sad?
Hmmmm I think so? :) I dont know..but I'm happy when I'm playing WC3 with them and because I won't see them for a long time, that's sad for me.
Will you play the upcoming NGL finals for mousesports, or will you already be inactive by then?
No, I can't play the NGL finals.
How much will you miss playing WarCraft III at this high level?
I will certainly miss playing like a professional. I won't be having time to practice later, thats for sure.
What were the best moments in your career? What were the best moments with mousesports?
I can't say just one because WC3 has given me a lot. I was able to learn English and Chinese, met good friends and made money ! ( Even many teams that didn't give me prizes and salary, I still made money from wc3 ). It was a short time..but the best moment was 2nd place WC3L. Fly100% was sad when we got second but he and th000 played very well in my opinion and we could have got the victory ).
Dennis "HasuObs" Schneider" With sadness we have to part ways with FoV today. The team loses a real important member, personal and as a player he was perfect for the team. The fact that he speaks English, Korean and Chinese also helped us a lot. I feel like I know FoV my whole life and when we were in Korea with Spell a few years back, he helped us and took care of us when we had language problems. The WC3L finals were the icing on the cake, the whole mouz.wc3 team got together and the mood and atmosphere were good, finally we could use our team spirit at an offline event. Unfortunately we didn't win the title but being the runner-up isn't bad at all and everyone in the team did play their part very well. Sadly we couldn't stop FoV from leaving because he has to do national service and there is just no more way to postpone that. I'm grateful for the short but nice time with FoV and wish him all the best. I think we can make him an honory member like Dark, Jan, Spell and Yumiko.
Was there an event you wanted to win, but didnt during your e-Sports time?
Hhmm, I especially wanted to win WCG and PGL but both times I was unable to, sadly.
FoV just has fun at the
WC3L finals

There are some fans and people out there, who say you didn't play that good while you were with mousesports. Do you agree?
Yes, I agree.
Many of your fans will miss you. Is there a chance, that we will see Dae Hui "FoV" Cho again in the near future. Maybe playing StarCraft II?
Hehe, I too will very much miss my fans, right now it's hard because when I go to the military, I can't play any games, but who knows when I get back in one and half year, maybe I will be back with SC2 or other games. I would say yes, there is a chance that I will be back but dont know when or where.
You've played WarCraft III for a long time. Here is "the" question: Is the blademaster imbalanced?
Haha, I would say a little.
Thank you very much FoV, of course we wish you the best of luck for the future. Any last shout-outs?
To fans: Thanks very much and I'm sorry, I won't forget any fan, I met. I hope we can meet again and I believe we can. I stopped playing WC3 and e-Sports, but I hope you guys will keep on enjoying playing and will have good times etc at e-Sports. God bless you! GL, Dae Hui "FoV" Cho.
